About us

We are a friendly team of GP's, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants and administrators dedicated to providing a high standard of care to maintain the health and well being of you and your family.

Our Practice is a certified Foundation Standard General Practice, a New Zealand benchmark of quality for medical centres.

We belong to the Pegasus Medical Group, which offers after hours cover through the 24 Hour Surgery situated at 401 Madras Street.

    The Harewood Medical Centre provides: 

    • FREE Doctor visits for all enrolled patients under 14 years of age 
    • FREE ACC visits for all enrolled patients under 14 years of age 
    • FREE child immunisations 
    • Lifestyle and behavioural support 
    • Short term intervention
